Institutional Internal Control Committee (Cocoin - Ersaps)

The Internal Control Committee is a collegiate body supporting the Highest Institutional Authority (MAI) and the different departments of the institution, whose main objective is to contribute to the effective and efficient implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of institutional internal control, serving as a coordination, advisory, consultation, and timely monitoring instance for the institution.

Main Functions

  • Prepare the COCOIN annual work plan.
  • Submit the COCOIN annual work plan.
  • Prepare semi-annual reports on the progress of the annual work plan.
  • Conduct self-assessment workshops.
  • Coordinate and consolidate the implementation plans of the Internal Control Framework (MARCI).
