📢 Dear directors of the Water Boards, regulation and control technicians, and municipal technicians:
To facilitate report submissions and avoid the need to deliver them physically at ERSAPS offices,
a new online mechanism has been enabled. From now on, the annual reports of the Water Boards must be submitted via an electronic form.
This form is easy to fill out and allows for a faster and more organized process.
📍 What should you do?
- 1️⃣ Access the form at the following link: Electronic form.
- 2️⃣ Fill in the requested information.
- 3️⃣ Attach the following documents in digital format:
- ✔️ Financial statements signed and sealed by a certified public accountant.
- ✔️ Water quality analysis certificate.
- ✔️ Activity report (Maximum 5 pages, with photos).
- ✔️ Bank account certificate of the Water Board.
📍 Requirements for attached documents.
- 📄 Must be in PDF format.
- 👀 Must be clear and legible.
📅 Deadline to submit reports: April 30, 2025.
Important: This mechanism is exclusively for annual reports. For procedures like registration certificates or board changes,
current requirements remain in effect, and original documents must be delivered in person at ERSAPS offices.
